1. Material Sourcing & Preparation
We begin with sustainable sourcing of high-quality timber and cork, followed by careful debarking and initial sizing. Logs are conditioned through steaming for optimal slicing/peeling.
Sourcing2. Peeling, Drying, and Layup
Veneers are peeled to exact thickness and immediately dried to prevent warping. Sheets are then sorted, bonded using specialized adhesives, and pressed under high heat and pressure to form plywood.
Production3. Finishing and Quality Assurance
The finished panels undergo precise trimming, sanding, and application of protective coatings. Every product passes a rigorous quality check for strength, flatness, and dimensional accuracy before dispatch.
